Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about reading, sharing, and contributing.
How do I submit a news tip?
Use the form on the contact page or email the newsroom address listed there. Include as much detail as possible — we review every submission, and follow up when we can verify the information.
How do I report a correction?
Spotted an error? Send us the article URL and what needs correcting through the contact page. We review every report promptly and note corrections on the story itself.
Can I republish your articles?
You may always share links to our stories. Full reproduction — in print or online — requires written permission. See the terms of service for details.
Do I need an account to read articles?
No. All published articles are free to read without signing in. Accounts exist for authors and administrators who contribute to the site.
How do I contact the team?
The contact page has both a message form and the newsdesk email address. For press enquiries and partnerships, mention it in your message and it will reach the right desk.
